Please find the below reminders for the community.

Owners are reminded to lock all bicycles stored in the bicycle area.  Some thefts have been reported and the pedestrian gate by the recycling bins has been vandalized.

Owners are also reminded that the recycling company will not remove the bins if incorrect materials have been placed in them.  Please refer to the cover charts/illustrations on the bins to ensure items are correctly sorted and that large boxes are broken down to allow the lids to close.

Dear Pacific Beach Sands Owners,

Please be advised that the next window cleaning is scheduled for Tuesday, April 17th.  An informational list for window cleaning has been prepared and posted on the PB Sands website at www.pacificbeachsandshoa.com.  Please review this posting in preparation for the upcoming service.

Owners wishing to have their interior windows cleaned need to notify management by email no later than Monday, April 16th at noon.  Those owners will have their accounts assessed $25 for the service.

Please note this general reminder to remove screens and place them outside the door of the unit for cleaning, and to keep all windows closed to avoid dripping into the units.

Exterior balcony windows are included in the service for the building at no extra charge.  NOTE: Owners need to contact management no later than Monday, April 16th, to arrange this service, and MUST allow access through their units for the cleaners to reach them.
