Please find the below reminders for the community.
Owners are reminded to lock all bicycles stored in the bicycle area. Some thefts have been reported and the pedestrian gate by the recycling bins has been vandalized.
Owners are also reminded that the recycling company will not remove the bins if incorrect materials have been placed in them. Please refer to the cover charts/illustrations on the bins to ensure items are correctly sorted and that large boxes are broken down to allow the lids to close.
